Incident Investigation
Incident Investigation involves the unbiased independent investigations with professional and timely reporting. Our organization can provide qualitative and in-depth investigation of high profile or complex incidents, conducting a thorough root cause analysis and assisting the agency to develop response plans that address contributory factors, improve overall performance and decrease risk of future recurrence. Our staff will lead the investigative effort or work in conjunction with agency investigative staff in conducting the investigation. Joint efforts are recommended in that primary focus will be given to increasing and/or enhancing the skill sets of staff involved in information gathering and analysis as well as those persons involved in the actual root cause analysis process. The agency will be provided with a complete investigation report in a format tailored to their specifications which meets both internal and external requirements for the issue(s) of focus.
